I carry brass knuckles. You never know what mischief you'll run into. I also have a concealed weapons permit, so soon I'll be carrying more than brass knuckles.

They're out to getcha! It's encouraged and fed upon by the Chimpistration, LaPierre, etc.

Heh: one of them carries a "ping-pong paddle." And that's it.
