Billing is $5/mo (3 month minimum), $30 for 6 months, or $60 for 1 year. Amazingly, there is no benefit for going for the annual version - so pay the $15 and see if your Windows games will work. If not, you can easily "vote" to get the games supported/worked on.

Since WINEX uses DirectX and WINE (the Windows OS APIs) instead of the whole Windows OS, performance of these games in Linux should be close, equal to, or faster compared to Windows itself, depending on the game's complexity.
