5. to keep from Exploding ..?? i have a method to deGas beans..

you soak them overnight in water wit 2 tsp of sugar and a teaspoon of yeast..

i boil the water and put it on the beans..extra, they swell up.. when the temp is down to 100*F i add the yeast.. let set 10 or 12 hours.. pour off the water and rince good.. then cook.

the Yeast metabolizes the indigestable sugars in the hulls that cause the fart gas... :wow: :nuke:
