1. Usually at least 25% tips. More if the service is excellent. |

Though I've been known to tip 25% if the service is really good and my meal was relatively inexpensive (mainly so I don't look like a tightwad if I start counting pennies for a drink and appetizer!).

I never felt gypped by 15%. It's the ones who leave pocket change or nothing that are pissers.
