2. Only in my febrile imagination |

Death ought not to be dealt, period.
I do, however, support seeing him at least charged with something, anything. Is that too much to ask?

I say no only because I think death is too easy. Hard prison time with an extremely horny rapist as a cell mate should suffice. Also make sure he doesn't get access to anything like libraries, weight rooms, etc. Have him spend all of his free time (5AM to 7PM) doing hard labor. Have the Court seize all his assets and use the money to pay off everyone he robbed. If there is any remaining money it should go to helping Homeless Children.
Now that is punishment. Death? That's too easy.

He needs to suffer, and the forfeiture of ALL of his assets would cause him an immense amount of pain! (And his wife's assets too, no shielding them by conveyance! And I think she KNEW the score anyway, so she's just as guilty as he is.) And he'd really enjoy manual labor in the hot sun and orange jumpsuit.

But the thought of Ken Lay bound, gagged, and staked down as food for a carnivorous ant anthill is just really appealing to the imagination.

so I would love to see "kenny boy" get his due. In any case, he will have karmic ramifictions that will be major.

But I'd like to see him serve a good 10-year sentence - and of equal importance, a big fine.

12. I support the pineapple penalty... |

Once a day he has to bend over, grab his ankles, and have a pineapple shoved up his butt (pointy side first).
