At first, i thought maybe it was shiny confetti, but on closer look, seems like it's maybe lights extending from the cross in rays. Hard to tell, though.

Certainly a very tacky cross, if those glittery things are attached in any way whatsoever.

13. I think that God does talk to some people...

in fact, you find them all over the place.

You can find them in hospitals, facilities that help the poor, soapboxes where people fight for justice and equality.

The Clara Bartons, the MLK's, the RFK's, The FDR's, and the people who are nameless, but out there by the millions. Those that care for the poor and maladjusted.Those that hold the hands of the dying, while tyhe families of the dying are comforted by another in a seperate room.

Those that silently stand in the face of force, like tha guy in Tiannemen Square that faced down the tank. Every time our conscience tells us to do something to aid another, it is the voice of God.

In bush's case, it is more like the voice of evil that drives him. He chuckles at the death of others, he feels that he has no obligation to walk the path he describes as Christian. For this he will pay a price. And personally, I am glad I am not in his shoes. He has a dark and shriveled soul, and while not beyond redemption, he is teetering on the brink.
