it's the only thing I have in the house. (I know, I know). But the chicken smells dynomite. Stuffed with a whole lemon & garlic cloves, resting on a bed of sliced onions. Basting is making it real crispy.

32. cooked something my kid would eat

The kid is such a picky eater...but he asked for some noodles. I let him help me boil some spaghetti, added a little sauce and some cut up turkey...he lapped it up, cleaned the plate. And had some apples and water. My spouse has been taking the kid to Mickey D's way too many times (almost 3-4 times a week) so I was elated he'd eat something a little healthier.

Now to sneak in a few veggies, I'll have him converted (hee-hee)
