You can treat yourself well though.

This is what I suggest, just a suggestion though:

Make a whole shitload of really hot chili:

1 pound hot Italian sausage
4 pounds ground beef
4 onions
1 can tomato paste
4 cans peeled tomatoes
4 cans kidney beans
1 large or two small habanero peppers
1/4 cup chile powder
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Eat all that, while drinking beer out of a can. Save the cans.

Then go out in the country and find a turkey or chicken farm. Throw the empty cans up between you and the farm and shoot at the can with a handgun that has a lot of recoil, like maybe a 480 Ruger or 454 Casull. That way if you miss the can, you have a good chance of killing something anyway, so as to not waste the bullet.

Onedit: PS - fry the hamburger and sausage in 1" inch of vegetable oil or lard before adding it to the chili.
