that it would just sit there. It would be so much easier for me to blow off my work-out because it is right there and I could do it "anytime". I have a gym membership and there is something about having to get ready and actually go down the road that keeps me to my schedule.
I called and flat out and asked the bottom line, they tried to send me the video.. etc. What is the cost... at the time I remember it being something over a one grand.
The health club route may be the route.. most health clubs will have a swimming pool, running track.. etc.

My nephew has one and it takes too long to set up each exercise, the bars are a little dangerous to deal with and you can't do decent leg curls -- no negative resistence. There's nothing like real iron weights for a good workout.

I use a Soloflex. Bowflex is supposed to be just as effective. the main thing is actually using it. Either will work well is you are consistent in its use. If it sits their as clothes hanger, it won't do you much good.
If you do get one, see if you can get one used. Many people end up selling theirs cheap if they don't use them. Check Ebay. I know you can great deals on Soloflex there, you just have to keep an eye out for a local one.
