To corroborate radwriter, the place between the thumb and the forefinger hurts like hell but is very powerful -- it must release some kind of happy hormone. You have to get right up next to where the bones connect.

If the headache is in the sinus region, I sometimes find a chlortrimetron is helpful -- those little yellow pills -- but other antihistamines might work, too.
