What is this thing exactly? I know it's a program that will reach out to young voters and it's on tommorow night on CNN, but that's pretty much it. Anyone familiar with the format of the show and how long it will last?

MTV used to air all the Rock the Vote television events. It's an organization that tries to register lots of young voters, for example, and get youth motivated to participate in elections, politics, and public discourse. A darn good idea, in my humble opinion.
Tomorrow night (Tuesday) they're sponsoring one of the official Democratic debates, in Boston. (Boston's a great choice because it's such a college town.) CNN gets the broadcast rights this time.
All the candidates except Richard Gephardt will be there.

Tomorrows debate is going to be the best one yet .
The rock the vote debate in 92 was great .
