What time do you most often go to bed?

I'm up until 2-2:30 AM or more just about every night. Reason: I feel better extending the day at the end than getting an early start.

1. I get up at 6:20, and I need about 7 hours of sleep.

So, around 11 or 11:30 at the latest.

2. 2AM, at least, and up at 7AM every morning

an occasional 20 minute nap at 3PM or so two days a week.


Why? it's a looong story.

6. i used to stay up soo late

i worked in a hotel and taught guitar, so my day didn't start until like 4pm, so i'd stay up until i got tired, usually 3-4 am. now i work construction so i'm a morning person, but i hate it.


although it is kind of stupid to sleep late for no reason. i used to love sleeping in on the weekends, but now i find it's just wasteful.

....so I sometimes go to bed at 10 pm or sometimes at 6 am.

And I get up at 8am. I have never been able to fall asleep early and with children, my sleep cycle is permanently a bit twisted I think, but 6 hours of sleep seems to give me what I need.

...I generally stay up until 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. I'm a night owl, anyway.

I usually go to bed around 1-1:30am. To tell the truth, I might need more sleep than I give myself, since I usually have to get up around 8 am.
