Anyone ever hear of Aguardiente? |
|
I went to an estate auction, and one of the things sold was this guy's liquor supply, which I snagged for $8. Several unopened bottles, one of which is a bottle of aguardiente. I haven't opened it yet-anyone know what it's like?

Aguardiente is usually un-aged rum, made from sugar cane.

5. It's not what you might call 'investment grade booze' |
|
It's good alcohol, very similar to moonshine in taste. Go ahead and enjoy it. Use it as you would white rum.
Don't worry, it's not like a Napoleon brandy or anything. At 8 bucks, you got your money's worth.
Cheers!

But I am getting the feeling that you might be trying a few different drinks tonight. When should I be there?
