It's what's for dinner tonight. The oil is heating at this very moment. Folks who don't know about Baja style fish tacos will probably wonder WTF? The rest of us are already salivating....

I live in Mississippi, where a fish taco might consist of a " white perch" fillet, el paso crunchy shells, and a little Tabasco. Just when I think I finally get used to living in the south, you come along and make me want to move back to California. Mean!!!:evilgrin:
