2. I dont have a headache

I am trying to get questions by saying what FDR's last words, I am being a smartass proles dont mind me. Thanks though, and I am still not remembering my dreams, I have to remember them for school. Sigh Ive only had 2 and I need 5.

11. To Remember Your Dreams,

try setting your alarm clock 20 minutes earlier to catch the last REM phase of the night. Then lie down, close your eyes, and try to remember anything that was going through your head just before the alarm went off. Then try to trace back what was going on just before that. Make notes periodically even if they're fragmentary. (If you were not in REM sleep, it will be more like thoughts wandering through your head than a dream.)

If this doesn't work, you can try setting your alarm at 90-minute intervals throughout the night, with a little extra time built in for falling asleep and actually having the dream. For example, if you go to bed at midnight, you could set the alarm at 2AM, 3:30AM, 5AM, or 6:30AM. Just some things to try if you're having trouble.

You may be doing some of these. I did an experiment in college on dream recall, and wanted to pass this on. Just thinking about your dreams -- immediately and during the day -- over a period of days or weeks is the best way to start remembering them. You may be able to get the point where you write a couple of pages for every night.
