Actually, I'm just marinating some meat for a night of cuisine from Uzbekistan. No real reason, just looked like a fun change of pace... coriander, dill, pepper, tons of garlic. A lovely Palov and some Oi Naani in the works.

Anyone know from Uzbek food? Am I gonna like it? :shrug:

A good mix of Russian and South Asian cooking styles. Very rich, so don't make any big plans after dinner. ;-)

Actually, your marinade sounds good. :9 I can't say as I've ever had Uzbek cuisine, but with those ingredients it can't be all bad.
