I need a webhost. Andy recommendation for me?

Before I had Feature Price which went out of business. I really liked them and hope to get the same (near) services.

1. 1G space
2. unlimited bandwidth (as long as you don't hurt the system)
3. $10 a month

I've browsed a little and don't see this being offered now but... any suggestions?

would like at least:

1. 500M (I've got QT Movies which not many people would watch. Not high user websites.)
2. I don't want to pay if I use over my bandwidth. I want the site shut down until.. whatever. Like Tripod shuts you down for hours.
3. Can go higher$
4. I want to have more than one www.?.com assigned to my space/IP. (I'm not sure what the tech. terms are? Subdomain?) So one doesn't have to sign up muliple 'Basic' accounts. (I know some do this because I read about it.) None of my sites will have much traffic.
5. And I want my other space to use for DU pic posting.
6. A moral Democratic oriented company

What do you guys use?
