I'm at a new job and just getting to know people. Today one of the female managers made the remark about Stewart getting what she deserved and it seemed harsh. Didn't Martha just do the kind of thing rich Republicans do every day?

I don't think she deserved to go to prison - not as long as Ken Lay was walking around free. Her reputation was unnecessarily sullied and the value of the stock was torpedoed.

But, because of her shares in K-Mart and the fact that K-Mart managed to strike a deal with Sears that tripled the value of those stock within days, Martha still comes out smelling like a rose.

Go, Martha!
