Fast Food - How many times each week
do you go through the drive through and chow down? I couldn't believe how much I've been doing it recently when I started paying attention.

In the past 7 days, I went through various fast food drive throughs 9 times. Is that excessive, or average?

1. in today's world...
...it's quite normal to eat take-out 9 times in one week. I eat-out (not what you're thinking perverts) once every other week. I could care less for fast food. It's the #1 cause of obesity right now. :(

2. Maybe once a year
How could you abuse your body with that fast food junk? I only did a drive-through once last year cause I was on a trip and was starving for anything.

4. I put it into my schedule without really paying attention
A year ago, I almost never ate at these places, but now it is part of the routine I go through to keep from starving. I don't have a lot of time or motivation to cook at home in the morning or at noon especially, so just munch what's available.

That's some really fast food, and I'm usually hunting 3-4 times a week.

6. If you find yourself driving through
the forest and they come to your window, then that's fast food.

9. Hasn't happened yet
maybe that's what I'm doing wrong. I should just drive up to the deer window and get take out.

I read Fast Food Nation. The last fast food I had was in July.

And dear God, I just can't do that fast food stuff anymore. Not after reading that book.

11. Maybe once every other month...not counting pizza
I'll hit Wendy's on rare occassion, but I'm into eating far healthier fare than you can find at a typical fast food place. I did stop at McDonalds last weekend (it was late, the kids were hungry and hadn't had lunch, and we were still far from home), but I ordered a fish sandwich and salad (they looked like the healthiest things on the menu) and ended up with an upset stomach :puke:

Pizza, of course, is a different story. I love pizza and eat it for lunch two or three times a week, and order it in for dinner several times a month. Is it healthy? Not at all, but we've all got our little vices :)

12. Try how many times a year.
And then it's Subway, or Arby's market sandwiches (shared) or chicken salad at Wendy's. But it has been months! I can't even remember. Oh, it was Safeway's deli sandwich on french bread. We cut into two inch slices, and it was not bad.
