you using in the nebulizer? I used mine while on the computer, exhalations deposited substance on screen, likely into the computer, maybe causing damage??? I stopped doing that. I hope you get to feeling better, poor thing.

I have asthma as of 3 years ago (from alergies to lots of weird things like perfumes and candle smoke). Usually I use my inhalers and I am fine, However the last few months I am really having a hard time.

7. UGH! My nebulizer is sitting up in the closet....what finally got me

out of using it was moving to where it's dry. NJ humidity/air was killing me. Nearly 4 years later in New Mexico, I am breathing GREAT!!

9. Besides all the other suggestions

when you're ready to cough, put yourself over a footstool, on your stomach, with your head down.

It sounds silly but it will help the stuff drain up and out. Do you have something with guafinesin in it?
