Er, that being said, I'd go with find comfiest seating location, turn on mindless TV entertainment, and eat the candy, savoring each decadent bite.

but I think I know the answer:

Its the same as to why I have multiple bags of candy sitting around..

Either: Robb got too much candy and not enough rugrats came around wanting their sugar fix....

Or: Robb got candy to give out to rugrats, but ended up not being at home for All Hallows.

Am I right?

On another note, there were a lot of kids who rang the doorbell and just stood there, silently, bags outstretched. So I stood there too. Finally I'd say "Trick or treat?" :eyes: "OK, have some candy then." :)
