I could barely resist saying: "Hey -- give me some effen' vodka."

I mean, how could it not be? On the other hand, the company is from the Netherlands, so maybe it means something in Dutch.

I just couldn't stop cracking up over the prospect of asking for "effen" vodka in the store, or offering a guest some "effen" vodka.

If it IS part of the strategy, it certainly worked. I'm giving them free publicity on DU, and I don't even like vodka that much.
