Poll question: Concerts: Indoors Or Outdoors?
I tend to enjoy indoor shows a little more for sound quality and intimacy and outdoor shows for pure attitude and atmosphere. What do you like?

1. Oh my goodness
one time, I went to a Destiny's Child concert and it was indoors. It was SOOOO Loud, my ears couldn't take it. And I was in the nosebleed section.

there are just too many reverberatinos.

3. The best venue I've ever been to
is the "Skipperdome" at Skipper's Smokehouse in Tampa. It's nothing but a thatched-roof stage in a fenced-in yard of a seafood dive-cum-bar, yet somehow it's the perfect combination of intimacy and atmosphere. I saw John Lee Hooker, Roy Buchanan, and some other shows there. Anytime you want, you can wander inside and get some popcorn shrimp and another ice cold brewski.

5. I like indoors better.....the one outdoor concert turned into a mud bath..
...it was spring break and Cheap Trick was the headliner...it started pouring rain into the second bands gig...by the time Cheap Trick FINALLY got onstage the practice field was a mud mosh pit from HELL!! So I'll stick with the arena atmosphere!! :D

6. Outdoors when the weather is cool enough to discourage
mosquitos, but warm enough to require only a light jacket.

Indoor shows... but no more BIG venues.

10. The Gorge rules! No better concert venue anywhere!
Well worth the 4 hour drive to be able to see a show at sunset with the Columbia river as a backdrop.
