I embrace those white guys with gun racks in the
back of their trucks. I don't want a truck or a
rifle but I respect their decision to have both.
I don't have to believe in exactly what they believe in...
We may share very little in common interests but

What we do share in common is a desire for civil
rights i.e. nobody looking at our hard drives,
clean air, water, schools, some health care coverage
that doesn't put us in the poor house, voting
with the confidence that our vote will be counted,
free public education for all, an infrastructure in
place that our taxes go to protecting us, not
feeding the corporations offshore or the CEO's
unearned lavish lifestyles.

I think we have more to agree on in this country.
We should talk.

1. Yes, and THAT'S what our candidates should be focusing on next year...

Instead of playing who can denounce the Confederate battle flag the fastest. I'm not into a "pander party" for the primaries; it's time for our candidates to show they want to bring this country TOGETHER again; not divide it as Dub has (and so proved he told yet another lie!).

I think the candidate who demonstrates this quality, above all others with the exceptions of honesty and forthrightness, is the one who will succeed in not only winning the nomination, but in knocking Dub off his squatter's perch. No side-tracking; let's stick to what's REAL!
