Don't you hate when you look all over for something and it's right .... |
|
in front of you. I just did that twice in the last 10 minutes. I looked all over for my hat and it was right sitting on my desk, which I have parked in front of the tv in the middle of the room. Then I looked all over for my keys when they were plain as day sitting on the kitchen counter.
I regularly lose stuff about ten times a day and then find it later in the most obvious places.
It drives me nuts.

Miss Kitty, lost her collar. I looked everywhere for it yesterday and today. A little while ago, my husband found it in the dinning room. He found it in a place I didn't look because I didn't think she could get in that tight spot. Which is how she lost her collar in the first place--by backing out and getting it hooked on something. Next time, I won't look where I think it could be---I'll look where I figure it couldn't be.

8. my youngest brother makes me feel really stupid |
|
He used to live with me and I would rail on him for taking something of mine, ask him where it was etc. Then I would grab my coat or something and my keys or something would fall out. I'd just be totally embarrassed, lol. :)

Loolies are invisible thingies that live in your house and hide your stuff, only to put it back once you're utterly frustrated and have given up on looking.
Saying "The loolies keep hiding my stuff" may make people think you're insane--but at least they won't think you're forgetful!
