Is it just me or has anyone else just felt a twinge? |
|
A twinge of impending doom? You know, like how those sodding Jedis tend to feel all the time?

I'm trying to stay awake, and it's not working, so I may have missed the twinge in question. I think I'm jes' gonna go rack out early.

I have those twinges from time to time, because you have to consider the possibility that this gang of treasonous thugs who have seized power and are busy draining our resources and perverting our laws and intents might, just might, win in the end, over us - win ultimate power and reign supreme. Having pondered such a thing, twinges of impending doom are pretty much a given.
(is that too heavy for the lounge?)

I have a friend that tells me he has Asperger's Syndrome. He has every one of the symptoms that you listed on your blog. And this is the best; he has attained his PhD in, okay now don't laugh, in Automotive Engineering. Are all the Asperger's sufferers that way? I mean, afflicted like that?

Yes, those criteria for Asperger's would have to be met by people afflicted with a sufficient number of stated symptoms. But we all don't have PhDs, which is a pity... :(

since I first started reading about greenhouse gases, population-induced environmental disasters, the global industial imperatives.
For the long-term, I have always been doomstruck, but for the short-term, and for our lives that we are living, I have always been optimistic. I'm sorry if somebody can't take that paradox. It may be my personal paradox.
Fight like hell. Because it is fun.
