1. Do they have to be state death row prisoners
or do they have to be federal. There have been only, I think, two deaths by lethal injection in the federal system within the last thirty years. That was Timothy McVeigh, and a drug dealer. Funny. Bush was the first one in decades to do it.

2. Bush loves to put people to Death
Remember his record in TEXAS.

He also believes he's on a mission from God

3. All death certificates
should be available in one of two ways: via the County Clerk in the county in which the death took place, or via a state vital statistics bureau. The easiest way to find out which to use is to go to a genealogy site-people researching family trees are always getting death certificates. rootsweb.com should have a link to a source for finding death certificates in the different states. Be prepared to pay around $10 per certificate.

4. Don't tell me this has been turned over to Corp?
All records of death should be in the state where they died. I do geneaogy so I will state they are not always easy to find. SS death records also but then did these people show up on list? Some places feel they own the records and it is like pulling teeth but other will just hand over records. Someone must have done this leg work as I can not see you going all over to each city where these records are kept.Or to each capital and on top of that I can see 'those' records as being someplace else so to speak and court orders coming into it. I would try the groups that are not for killing people like that.
