I just did a search in LBN and found an tabloid article from the Mirror. The servant who saw this was alledgedly raped by the servant who was in bed with Charles, and the servant who witnessed it who was also the servant who was raped, didn't see Charles and the other servant actually having sex, but in post sex slumber.
