7. My dog does it when it's getting close to bath time |
|
I give her a bath every couple of weeks in the summer. Sometimes, her hair around her butt gets a bit matted right at the end of the interval, and she'll scrape her butt on the carpet.
I recently bought a special rubber glove to use in her bath that has a built in comb. That seems to be working to prevent the matting around her butt.

8. ...or be prepared for a really disgusting consequence... |
|
My friend's bulldog pup was doing that because of an anal gland issue. He didn't do anything about it and the problem, well, took care of itself. All over his leather couch.
