The Pubic Speaker of all CAPTIONS!!!!!


W. is "thinking": "I don't care what Karl says, nobody can see what I'm doing behind this podium, so if I wanta give myself a little squeeze, or a little tickle, or whatever, it just makes my speech better cause I'm more relaxed and stuff. And then when I see some of those hunky reporters and things . . . ohh, . . . just another little squeeze . . . Wow. . . . I think he's giving me the eye . . . DAMN . . . this is getting HOTTTT! . . ."
