Jack Black was interviewed today on "Democracy Now"

Among other things, he noted that politicians like to tell actors, "You're an actor. Keep out of politics, you know nothing about it. But they always like to criticize the content of films, which makes me want to tell them, 'You're a politician. Keep out of film because *you* know nothing about it.'"

Unfortunately, Black did not mention that it seems to be all right for actors to get into politics as long as they'e Republicans.

Whatever the case, if you'd like to hear the interview, it ought to be archived at the show's website, http://www.democracynow.org
