Ever wonder how long you can keep items in the refrigerator?
I wanted to know how long I could keep smoked ham in the frig and found this site:http://www.pastrywiz.com/storage/refridgerated.htm

5. You can KEEP stuff in there forever. Just don't try to EAT it.
If you keep anything in the freezer long enough it will taste like green peppers. Isn't that weird?

8. Did they still work OK?
I've thought about putting them in the freezer for this winter.
I've frozen pudding before with no problems.
I wonder how accurate this list is.:shrug:

9. I never fronze them but have kept them too long in fridge, they turn
a more mustardy yellow -- kind of gross. Pretty good product, but for omlettes, I find it necc. to cook the life out of them otherwise I am unhappy with consistency.
