Internet so slow tonight - 9:06 EDT dialup connection

At work today there was something wrong with the intranet. I couldn't get into my sites to help customers on a major government intranet site.

I come home and my dial up is crap! What is going on with internet in the D.C. area - and why is no one noticing?

Hope I can post this. None of the graphics come up and its not a DU site problem.

It's okay at the moment, but a little while ago, it wouldn't come up at all. And it's been slow a lot over the last few days. That's odd.
