Somebody put the numbers 1 though 16 in random order for me, please.

It has to be from an independent source... and I couldn't think of anybody much more independent than DUers. :)

Well, we've got an online PS2 NCAA 06 football league going, with 16 teams.

We had to come up with divisions, so we decided to do it randomly... (some players are better than others, and some were grumbling about favoritism... the Republicans were, that is...)
