Oh, and in a totally-unrelated film, the hero didn't pull off a daring escape and destroy the headquarters of the totalitarian secret police ... he imagined it as he was being tortured to death by his former friend. And his girlfriend's probably dead too.

If you're going to spoil the ending (seeing as how it hasn't come out yet).

I've been anxiously awaiting this movie for the past 4 or 5 months now, and I stupidly read your post because it doesn't say WHAT MOVIE IT'S FOR.

I realize that it says SPOILERS in the title, but these are all spoilers of old movies, and I figured this was going to be a tongue-in-cheek spoiler for Dukes of Hazzard or something like that...
