I am so sorry to hear this bad news! I wish I could offer something more than sympathy... Do the cops think they'll find it after 3 or so days?

You OK? Where was it when stolen?
I know of the hassles from my ex BIL's recent experience. They were visiting family in Toledo and stayed at a decent hotel downtown. Their new car was stolen on the last day there while in possession of the hotel VALET! They live in Chicago and have been through 2 months of hell since the FOUND the car 2 days later. They STILL don't have it back. It was taken on a 'joy-ride', used in crimes, in an accident, and on and on...
Hope all works out for you!

6. I was with a friend on vacation in Canada |
|
and her car was stolen from our hotel parking lot. When the mounties came to take the report, they noticed there was a security camera aimed right at the spot where the car had been parked. So they asked the hotel if they could see the tape.
You guessed it . . . no tape, just a camera. :grr:

I was at mom's (about 150 miles from home) and Molly offered her old car. That's how I got home.

Might have been a worthless subhuman piece of shit. Or a useless shiteating turdbagger. Or a standard ignorant criminal fuckwit who isn't worth the price of the fecal matter under his unwashed fingernails.

about ten miles from home, with two weeks worth of parking tickets. As far as we can tell somebody really needed to get downtown in the middle of the night when the buses weren't running, so they liberated her beater. Other than some dirt it was fine- okay, no worse than it was before, her change was still in the ashtray even. Getting the parking tickets fixed was a pain in the ass, though.
Maybe your car will be found too. :)

I was visiting mom, there was a noisy party two doors down. Mom's two dogs (who I now call Starsky and Hutch) didn't raise a ruckus either.
