and others think the world revolves around the issues they personally care about?

and others have a broader view?

and why do we so often fail to get along?

and when we disagree, why are we so quick to anger, quick to judement and so often eager NOT to give one another the benefit of the doubt? ( I think maybe I can answer this one myself--it's because we fear letting anyone see that we have any doubt.)
