Baby Panda a la Marseilles |
|
* 6 baby panda breasts * 1 Tbs. flour * 3/4 tsp. thyme * 1 med. onion, coarsely chopped * 1 clove garlic minced * 3/4 cup chopped celery * 1 small green or red pepper, chopped * 1 can sliced mushrooms * 1 c. white wine (or reduced Panda broth) * 2 tsp. ketchup * Salt and pepper panda. * Brown in oil and butter or margarine. Remove from pan. * In drippings, blend flour and thyme. Add onion and garlic * Mix and cook 2-3 min. Stir in wine (or panda broth) and ketchup. * Add panda, cover and cook 25 minutes * After cooked, add celery, green pepper and mushrooms. * Cook 15 min. longer or until panda is tender. * Serve over rice or pasta.

Not to mention what her husband would think.
