last time I was really mad, I registered as a Dem after 22 years as a Repuglican, changed my job, and went thru a divorce. But how many times can you do that?

First, I swear a lot. I've never been very lady-like, unless you consider that I always have my pinky sticking out when I hold a glass. My SO finds it hilarious considering I drink, cuss, and bullshit with the men.
Second, I fume for a few minutes. Generally, I get pissed off when the man is at work and I'm by myself.
Third, I take it out on various demons and monsters in video games- personal favorite being Diablo II (there's a new patch coming according to the website, haven't checked yet today... better do that soon.)
Fourth, I forget about it for awhile.
Then, the man comes home. I rant to him. More often than not it's about something political, so I get the usual "Honey you're preaching to the choir here" from him.
And then I watch him play video games, or we play one together, or watch cartoons, and I get over it.

Cleaning house works too; but I find that being outdoors in the midst of bird and bug noise helps to soothe me.
