7. Rosemary!
It smells absolutely AMAZING-- perfumes my whole garden, and down here we can grow them as shrubs (pardon my use of that word here, ya'll) because they get HUGE!

Plus, it's wonderful seasoning for chicken, lamb, and sorbet.

Rosemary hands down.
