wirelessnetwork driving me crazy!
everytime I answer my cordless phone I lose wmy wireless connection to my laptop! :mad:

1. Can you change the frequency on the phone
there may be a button that is marked "Channel"

I looked & I don't see one. I guess I'll just have to move away from the phone & stay away from the computer when I am on it.

3. Buy a 5.6 MH or a 900 herz phone
You have a 2.8 phone, and it operates on the same frequency as your wireless.

Sometimes if you separate the phone base and the wireless radio by enough distance and walls, it will help.

I got a new phone that was 5.8 GHz and it ALWAYS interrupted my connection.

After I switched back to my 2.4 Ghz phone, I never have a problem.

8. Yep... Switch to 2.4 and see what happens.
I TRIED EVERYTHING! And I'm technically savvy... Could NOT get a good connection while on the 5.8 GHz phone.

Do you use broadband phone as well, or is it just a normal land line?

6. and you should call tech support for you wireless router
You can pick the frequency and probably set up security so your neighbors can't use your internet connection.
