5. 'Somewhat'. That is the key, my good man. |
|
That is the key.
So, for old times sake:
I love you You love me We're a happy fam-a-lee With a great big hug And a kiss from me to you Won't you say you love me too?
:puke:
My kids now sing:
I hate you You hate me Let's get together and kill Barney!

... we've seen them in concert six times. And Murray read my kids' names out on stage. :-)

... I'm a bit envious of that (picture). Last time out we were three rows back and we put some drawings the girls had done on the stage, and Murray picked them up and read out their names!
We've got tickets for four shows in Brisbane in December... though we have to book flights over from New Zealand yet!

... they spend more time in the US these days than Down Under, but there's just too many cities in the US to have to tour! An Australian tour takes just over a week, and they can do New Zealand in three days (during the last two years they've been here twice, and they did a quick sweep of Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland in three days - though last year we got four shows over two days).
Most (sensible) parents would take their kids to one show - ever. We take them to every show we can possibly get tickets to. I suspect we're more obsessed than our kids. ;-)

... part of the secret is that the music is pretty good and they put on a good show, so there's something there for the parents as well, which makes parents more inclined to spend money on it. That's how we feel anyway...

Good-bye DU. I have no more to say. Except that
I'd like to have a dance with Wags the Dog I'd like to have a dance with Wags He likes to do the tango And he carries his bone in a big brown bag. We can dance in the town and country where the atmosphere is great. Oh, I'd like to have a dance with Wags the Dog 'cause Wags is my mate.
