Making fun of someone's disability, even if it may amuse or startle you, is socially unacceptable. It doesn't matter if Howard Stern makes fun of it on his show. You aren't Howard Stern.
I won't call you out on it. I won't even acknowledge it half the time. But I will forever brand you an asshole. A dickweed. A tumbling, tumbling dickweed. And dog help you if you ever need a favor, a recommendation, or a referral from me.

...it was a co-worker over the phone. And this isn't a disability you'll notice until someone opens their mouth. It's stuttering.
