kinda gamey, but soak it in milk, saute it, and use the pan drippings (fat) with a balsamic vinaigrette reduction over some boiled new potatoes amd YUM!

although if you can catch one and cage it for about a week and feed it milk, bread, and water, it will cleanse most of the toxins out before you slaughter and dress the panda.

but the tenderization should take place after you've actually slaughtered the animal and butchered it properly.
i recommend a vinegar, honey, italian dressing, and worcestshire marinade with lemon and lime.
