Why Do Peoples Capitalize Every Word Of Their Posts Like This?

Oh now that I done it it feels good and powerful like I wrote a headline about something important that nobody could ignore. In Fact I Think I Will Start Capitalizing Every Word Of Every Sentence That I Write. I Think It Will Hypnotize People And Make Them See Things Just Like I See Things Maybe Or Maybe Not But I Don't Care Because I Just Like It Now.

1. Because they're annoying people

There's no reason to capitalize all the words in a subject line like it was some kind of NYT headline.

Pisses me off when people do it.

And even more so when they do it as a post WITHIN a thread, and not even a thread title.

I program for a living, and everything is capitalized mid word, and it's affected my written English.

But I find it really annoying. It's like I put emphasis on every word when I'm reading it in my head. I actually find it easier to read something typed all in capitals than something where only the first letter of each word is in caps. But then, I'm weird like that ;)
