1. People do not get how much work goes into making a
program. The makers do have the right to make some money from their endeavors.

2. I agree with the video completely, and I don't agree with rampant
file sharing that goes on, or other software sharing that goes on, but it's still a funny and somewhat humorous retrospective video for someone that grew up on the old Apple/Commodore games.
