Guess what band has a new album coming out? Stryper!!!! |
|
Yup, you got that right, Stryper is back together; they have an album coming out (next week, I think) and they'll be touring. I'm currently listening to an interview with Michael Sweet on the radio, and they've played a couple of their songs (they suck). Uhoh--I think another cut from the album is coming up.

5. Shit! They've already got 23 cities on their tour, and it's still growing |
|
They're thinking of finding an up-and-coming Christian band to add to their shows.

So I guess they're still a Christian band.

18. Really? I don't think I've ever met anyone who liked them. |
|
Actually, I've been mostly blissfully unaware of what their music sounded like. Heard a few off their new album tonight, and found that I didn't miss anything.

I have seriously always liked stryper.
I have all their CD's and a few records. And I have met and seen Michael Sweet on one of his solo tours.

Stryper fans were attacked on site by the "Poser Patrol" back in the day. They absolutely disgust me.

27. I used to love them... |
|
I loved them all, though. Poison, Ratt, Cinderella...but Stryper was it for me. I think they actually had talent. That, and I thought that Robert Sweet (drummer) was the prettiest girl I'd ever seen...until I found out he was a dude. Even then...
