2. No way!
Too freakin' hot to wear socks and shoes. I am wearing my sandals until the middle of October.

3. I'm opposite
I prefer sandals and barefoot to shoes. Another reason I dread winter. :P

4. Feet feel much better if you're barefoot
running around on grass instead of on concrete sidewalks.

Birkenstocks are very kind to the feet :).

9. Sandals RULE!!
I wish I could wear them year round. I have never had corns, bunions, spurs or anything else that happen to feet and I believe it is because I wear sandals whenever possible.

10. Sandals
Feet need air too... From May till October - at least 5 months I forget about shoes. I try to not torture my feet and let them breathe :)

Also if possible while on a vacation I try to not wear any kind of sandals or shoes - just bare feet...

11. I don't even own sandals
So nothing to compare - they certainly look more uncomfortable than shoes though.

13. Now, if I were back home in CA, I'd go barefoot almost everywhere.
No one looks askance at you in So. Cali. if you walk into a grocery store or mall with bare feet. I am far more comfortable in bare feet.

Out here? The sidewalks are hotter and there are too many bugs/rocks/twigs to step on. So much nature.

What I REALLY miss is sand. Sand sand sand. Sigh.

14. Nope...Birkies for me...
Once they are broken in I prefer my Birks even to being barefoot. The advantage of wearing SOMETHING on your feet (as opposed to going barefoot all the time) is that you don't get that gross (and painful-when it cracks) callous buildup on your heels.

16. No Sandals For Me
Don't like 'em. But, i do like wearing NO shoes. I walk the doggie through my gardens in my barefeet all the time. My wife yells at me 'cuz she thinks i'll step on something sharp. But, i've been doing it so long the soles of my feet are like leather!

I'd go to work barefoot if i could!
