Who played the most roles in Star Trek?
I'm thinking of three that played three roles:

Majel Barret played Nurse Chapel, Lwaxana Troi, and did the voice for the computer

Mark lenard played Sarek, the romulan commander, and one other role in ST:TOS

And Michaelle Forbes played Ensign Ro, Doctor Selar (I think that's her name - the Vulcan doctor), and Timmison's daughter (from the episode Half a Life)

That's all I can think of right now - anyone else with three roles? Anyone with more than three roles?

1. The guy that played Tuvok had 4(5)
Edited on Sat Nov-08-03 10:44 AM by Kamika
He played a human crewmember on Enterprise-B in Generations
He played Tuvok
He played a klingon on TNG
He played a bad guy on TNG that tried to take over the Enterprise

and if it counts for anything he played mirror Tuvok in the mirror Universe.

Altough Selar wasnt the same as Ensign Ro..

The woman that was Worfs loved one and gave him his son played Selar.

Also I think the guy that played Cochrane in First Contact was atleast 3 different roles. Can only remember two now though

4. Oh yeah! Forgot about that
So she has four.

And the Tuvak one - yes, he had four shots. (I'm not counting people playing different versions of themselves, like Mirror tuvok or evil Kirk, etc.)

So we're up to four for two performers!

9. With the # of voices she's done, I'd say yes
I think people do feel the Enterprise itself is part of the crew.

People did emote when Kirk destroyed the Enterprise to keep it out of enemy hands.

And even I weeped when the Klingons used such a namby-pamby yet brilliant tactic to destroy the Enteprise-D in a less-than-honorable way... It took me 7 years, but I finally liked the design. Especially the modifications introduced in the TNG series finale "All Good Things..."

10. If it would have been a one-shot voice occurrence, no
But she was the voice for the whole series, so that absolutely should count

6. Yes
That character's name is Number One

A check on IMDB also shows she played in the animated series as a character called Lt. M'ress as well as several additional voices.

She looks to be the winner.

14. Worf's wife
Or at least the mother of his son (I can't remember if they were married). And, no, I'm not talking about Dax. I don't remember the actress' name but she played several roles. I could have sworn she played Dr. Selar at one point but I'm not sure. I know she played a Vulcan once or twice.

I always liked her no matter what role she played. I was very sad when they killed off her half-Klingon character.
