4. Yes it does!
That film was on TV here (in the UK) just a short while back and when I saw that speech, I was thinking how much I would love it if Tony Blair (or the leader of any of America's allies) would make a similar speech referencing * and saying they wouldn't stand for any more of his BS.

I can dream.

And I'm American! I can only imagine how the Brits felt. :-)

By the way, it's on cable all the time, so I've seen that scene maybe a dozen times. It never gets old.
